INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE
Objective:
In accordance with the Sexual harassment of women at workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 this committee has been formulated to receive and redress complaints of sexual harassment at workplace. A minimum of 4 members with the coordinator who has to be a woman is mandatory. A maximum period of three months from the date of the incident is permitted for reporting to the Internal Complaint Committee. To resolve the complaint an enquiry is conducted with careful perusal of evidence and subsequently investigation and reconciliation of the two parties is done.Members:
