Odisha State open University, established on 10th June, 2015 by an Act of the State Government is committed to promote learning and encouraging excellence in new fields of knowledge with skill training, thereby contributing to the development of the state. A camp office cum Regional Centre at BJB Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar has been operational for essential and smooth conduct of all activities of the University. The centre will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities of its study centre.
