About Department

The Professionals with specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation have become more imperative in the context of the rapid stride in business and industries not only in India but also in the world over. With the objectives of preparing such professionals to cater the needs of business and industries a noble Endeavour has been taken with the govt. permission in B.J.B (Auto.) College, Bhubaneswar.

The Dept. of PMIR has started functioning from the academic session 2012-13. The Dept. is committed to provide the best inputs for preparing the scholars through its two-year regular management programme.

  • To urge for excellence in providing higher education and to become a best institute imparting the Management education to meet the expectations of the students, parents, industry, faculty members and employees and society and resources in effective & efficient manner. We would endeavour our best to generate dynamic attitude, professional skills, enterprising abilities & knowledge in our students & participants of various academic initiatives to the overall development of the students.

Engaged in imparting quality education to the students for creating positive Attitude, Skill and Knowledge to make them competent professional and socially responsible citizens, by providing innovative pedagogy, facilitate the emergence of management professionals with dynamic attitude, professional skills, enterprising abilities & knowledge in our students & thereby contributing to the overall development of the students and other members of the society.

U.G.C. recommended syllabus has been introduced in MA PMIR from the academic Session 2012-13, where in Personnel Management and Industrial Relation at Post-Graduation includes 24 papers.
