  • To develop the personality of the students admitted in the  Department of Odia.
  • As Odia is our mother tongue, trying to the best possibilities for strengthening Odia language through our students.
  • To organise curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular activities in a meaningful process.
  • To bring about changes in the behaviour of the students in every respect .
  • To make the students as an ideal citizens of the county and how to built a bright nation.
  • To provide right  education to make them employable, self-sufficient and how to lead a successful life.
  • To produce then of good character and integrity.
  • To develop the inventive and creative talents of the students by conducting different research projects/ seminar and different activities.
  • To provide better quality education to the students by organising different curricular and other curricular activities.
  • To provide moral education through literature to develop their behavioural attitude make them a good citizen.

  1. We adopt student centric interactive teaching learning process.
  2. We also adopt storytelling and lecture method .
  3. While teaching we use smart board project method.
  4. We have model question bank.
  5. We adopt remedial classes with surprise class test.
  6. The department organises seminar from time to time in different topics(both within the syllabus beyond syllabus) to develop their academic and communicative skills.
  7. Referred books, online sources and interactive classes are encouraged giving ample scope for student’s participations.
  8. Revision classes are taken as per students requirements.
  9. Provide selective topic for writing articles to expose their internal quality and their creativity.
